品系描述
Nr1h3-KO小鼠模型是一类通过精确基因编辑技术敲除Nr1h3基因的小鼠模型。LXRα主要在肝脏、脂肪组织、巨噬细胞和中枢神经系统中表达，通过调控ABCA1、ABCG1等靶基因促进胆固醇外流和逆向转运。该模型通过完全消除LXRα功能，能够深入解析其在脂质代谢、炎症反应及神经保护中的生物学作用，是研究代谢综合征、动脉粥样硬化及神经退行性疾病机制的重要工具。
