品系描述
Rosa-CAG-tdTomato小鼠模型是通过精确基因编辑技术，将CAG启动子驱动的tdTomato表达盒定点敲入到小鼠Rosa26安全港位点的小鼠模型。该模型在全组织范围内组成型表达红色荧光蛋白tdTomato，广泛应用于细胞谱系追踪、发育生物学及疾病机制研究，是连接基因操作与细胞行为观察的理想桥梁。
