5XFAD小鼠模型是通过转基因技术构建的阿尔茨海默病模型，携带5个家族性AD致病突变。该模型通过神经元特异性启动子驱动突变型APP和PSEN1的表达，导致Aβ42的快速生成和沉积。5XFAD小鼠是研究Aβ病理、神经炎症及认知功能障碍的理想工具，广泛应用于AD机制研究和药物开发。
